Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Credit/Debit Card
Credit/Debit card payments are made through my Paypal merchant account  I accept cheques made payable to "Linda Luckin" which must be drawn on a UK bank account in GB Pounds. Postal Orders are also accepted and should be in GB Pounds.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that I have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. I will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when I despatch your order. I have included this term to protect me in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, I have inadvertently under-priced goods, or I am no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, I will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule
Please allow 28 days for delivery, although most items will be despatched within 24 hours. UK orders are despatched by 2nd class Royal Mail. International orders will be despatched by airmail.

Postage & Packaging rates are as follows:

Order value up to £24.99 - £3.00

Order value £25.00 to £39.99 - £4.00

Order value over £40 - Free P & P

All online payments are processed by a trusted third party, PayPal . No card details are ever stored on my website.
